Our tailored style of support provides customers with progressive legislative compliance assurance during the concept development, design, testing and verification, in service as well as mid-life upgrade phases of the vehicle’s lifecycle. BCL now also provide a high quality, effective safety risk management service to government institutions, prime contractors and commercial entities in order to facilitate compliance with Safety Policy and Procedures. As a preferred supplier to the UK Ministry of Defence (FATS), we pride ourselves on our ability to provide workable solutions to new and challenging issues.

In doing so, we are able to provide realistic, cost effective, time efficient solutions whatever the desired outcome may be. We are a registered Type Approval agent for Australia’s Department of Transport and Infrastructure with a number of projects for both the Australian Government and industry, we have experience of FMVSS/CMVSS self-certification, the GSO standards and the Japanese Blue Book.
